Kelvin: I am Kelvin Uzoma, a singer, song writer, recording artist, Pastor and Worship Leader in Renaissance Assembly.
Rayscorner: How long have you been singing
Kelvin: Over 2 decades
Rayscorner: Besides singing what other things do you do
Kelvin: well like I said earlier I'm a Pastor, also a HR Manager, an Entrepreneur, a Writer and a Content Creator
Rayscorner: who are your musical influences both home and abroad ?
Kelvin: Home influences - Ebiere Ohochukwu, Sinach Abroad influences - Karen Clark Sheard, Tonex, Darlene Zschech, Bryan and Katie Torwalt and the list goes on
Rayscorner: Share with us a moment in your musical journey that seems to be a landmark moment
Kelvin: Representing Rivers State in Lagos for Glo Naija Sings semi finals and singing before thousands in our major miracle and healing event ONE WORD FROM GOD with Pastor Tibi Peters in Port Harcourt city yearly
Rayscorner: Are you currently signed up to any label ? If no, do you prefer it that way
Kelvin: not currently signed to any label but I'm open to such opportunities
Rayscorner: What are some of the challenges you have faced as an artist?
Kelvin: Funding, support and direction sometimes can be a major challenge for rising artists
Rayscorner: let's talk about song writing? Do you write all your songs?
Kelvin: Yes I do write all my songs
Rayscorner: Buying songs.... What's your take on that?
Kelvin: I'm indifferent about that but I don't think I would ever buy songs cos song writing is one of my strong gifting from God
Rayscorner: If you were to choose which artists to do a collaboration with,, who and who would be on the list and why?
Kelvin: Sinach, Darlene Zschech, Kim Walker, Bryan and Katie Torwalt and the list goes on as they are remarkable worship leaders that have inspired me over the years
Rayscorner: So, are you currently working on a Any projects that you would like to share?
Kelvin: Yes I released my first EP titled REVEALED in December 3, 2021 and intend to release a second EP in December 2022 asides other singles
